Position: Academic Counsellor

Location: Pune, Bangalore, Mysore, Madurai

Experience: 0-3 Years

Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic Academic Counsellor to communicate with prospective customers, explain company products/services, generate leads, and support business growth. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills and a customer-centric approach.

Key Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to potential customers and explain products/services.

Handle inbound customer inquiries professionally.

Generate and qualify leads through tele calling activities.

Follow up with interested prospects and maintain regular communication.

Maintain accurate records of calls, customer interactions, and follow-ups.

Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly calling targets.





Resolve basic customer queries and escalate complex issues when required.

Update CRM/database with customer information and call outcomes.

Coordinate with internal teams for lead conversion and customer support.

Required Skills:

Excellent verbal communication in Hindi.

Basic communication skills in English and/or native language.

Strong persuasion and negotiation skills.

Valuable listening and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work with CRM tools and MS Office.

Target-oriented and self-motivated.
