Key Responsibilities:

- Lead and manage end-to-end operations from order finalization to project handover
- Process flow, Line Balancing, Cycle time study, Kaizen, Poka yoke
- Following function handling experience - Mechanical Design, Electrical Design & controls, Purchas, Vendor, Stores, Assembly & Quality
- Direct responsible for PAT, SAT, FAT along with Project profitability
- Oversee project execution, manufacturing, assembly, and site activities
- Ensure alignment between design, production, and site teams
- Drive production planning & control (PPC) and shopfloor efficiency
- Monitor installation & commissioning activities at site for timely completion
- Ensure optimum resource allocation across departments
- Control project cost, timelines, and profitability
- Establish and monitor KPIs across all reporting departments
- Ensure quality standards, safety compliance, and process discipline
- Handle client interactions, escalations, and project reviews
- Drive process improvements, standardization, and productivity enhancement
- Manage vendor/subcontractor performance and coordination

Key Requirements:

- Education:



Bachelors in Mechanical / Electrical / Instrumentation Engineering (MBA preferred)
- Experience: 1520 years in automation / EPC / manufacturing industry
- Proven experience in handling multiple functions (projects + production + site execution)
- Strong understanding of automation systems (SPM, PLC panels, robotics, conveyors)
