Job Description:
We are hiring Customer Support Executives for an international e-commerce process. Candidates should have experience in both BPO and e-commerce processes.
Requirements:
- BPO/customer support experience
- E-commerce process experience preferred
- Positive communication skills in English
- Good customer-handling and problem-solving skills
- Comfortable working in rotational shifts
- Candidates should be willing to work from the Jaipur location
Responsibilities:
- Handle customer queries and concerns
- Assist customers with orders, deliveries, returns and refunds
- Resolve customer issues efficiently
- Maintain service quality and meet process targets
- Follow standard operating procedures and process guidelines
