Key Responsibilities

- Ensure timely delivery of components as per the dispatch plan.
- Plan and schedule daily production activities and machine loading.
- Monitor Work-in-Progress (WIP) and production status through ERP/SAP.
- Coordinate with vendors for outsourced machining components.
- Ensure daily production confirmation and dispatch of jobs to stores.
- Supervise and manage shop floor machining operations.
- Drive process improvement and machining optimization initiatives.
- Ensure precision machining of complex components as per drawings and specifications.
- Provide technical support during machining failures, tool breakages, and process deviations.
- Conduct Root Cause Analysis (RCA) for quality issues and implement CAPA.
- Drive Lean Manufacturing, 5S, Kaizen, and OEE improvement initiatives.
- Lead and mentor machine operators to enhance productivity and skills.

Required Skills

- Robust hands-on experience in CNC, VMC, HBM, Milling, Turning, Boring, and Grinding operations.




- Experience in CNC Programming and Machining Process Optimization.
- Knowledge of Fanuc, Siemens, Mazatrol or similar CNC controls.
- Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings.
- Hands-on experience with CAM Software.
- Working knowledge of ERP/SAP and MS Excel.
- Strong troubleshooting and decision-making abilities.

Ideal Candidate Profile

- Currently working as Senior Engineer (Machining), Machine Shop Supervisor, CNC Programming Lead, or Senior Manufacturing Engineer.
- Strong exposure to machine shop production planning and shop floor management.
- Proven experience in handling complex machining operations and leading teams.
- Ability to take quick technical decisions during breakdowns and critical production situations.
- Good leadership, communication, and people management skills.
