3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst supporting PeopleSoft 9.2 SCM

Experience gathering, documenting, and managing business requirements

Experience conducting requirements workshops and solution discussions

Experience creating functional specifications, process flows, and user stories

Experience supporting SIT and UAT

Robust communication, analytical, and stakeholder management skills

Mandatory PeopleSoft 9.2 SCM Module Experience:

Inventory Management

Order Management

Warehouse Operations

Manufacturing

Technical Knowledge:

PeopleSoft integrations with external application

APIs, web services, middleware platforms, and data interfaces

Experience working with cross-functional business and technical teams

Strong understanding of supply chain, warehouse, manufacturing, and inventory management processes
