Job Description:

We are hiring Relationship Managers for Aditya Birla Capital Limited for the LAP (Loan Against Property) DSA Channel in Pune.

Key Responsibilities:

- Generate business through the DSA channel for Loan Against Property products.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with DSA partners and intermediaries.
- Source and generate LAP leads and ensure achievement of business targets.
- Handle the complete sales cycle from lead generation to loan disbursement.
- Coordinate with credit, operations and other internal teams for smooth processing.
- Maintain regular follow-ups with customers and DSA partners.
- Ensure quality sourcing and adherence to company policies and processes.
- Identify new DSA partners and expand the business network in the assigned location.

Candidate Requirements:

- Candidates must have relevant experience in NBFCs.
- Prior experience in LAP / Loan Against Property is mandatory/preferred.
- Experience in DSA Channel / DSA Sales is required.
- Good understanding of the secured lending market.
- Solid communication, relationship management and negotiation skills.
- Target-oriented and comfortable with field sales/business development.
