About the Role

We are looking for a Platform Infrastructure Architect to design enterprise infrastructure for business-critical banking applications.

This is a pure architecture and technical design role. You will work with application, infrastructure, network and security teams to understand application requirements and design the complete infrastructure flow from request entry through web, middleware, application, security and backend layers.

The role requires strong experience in Web/Middleware platforms, Load Balancing, Server Infrastructure, Networking, Security and High Availability, combined with the ability to create and present technical architecture designs.

What You Will Do

- Design end-to-end application infrastructure architecture for enterprise applications.
- Understand application requirements and translate them into infrastructure solutions.
- Create and maintain TADs, HLDs, LLDs and architecture diagrams.
- Design application flows involving DNS, Load Balancer, Web Server, Middleware, Application and Database layers.
- Design solutions for High Availability, Failover, Resiliency and Disaster Recovery.
- Work with F5 or equivalent enterprise Load Balancers and understand application traffic flows.
- Design and support infrastructure involving Web Servers and Middleware platforms.
- Work across server, network, security and cloud teams to develop complete technical solutions.
- Evaluate infrastructure components, dependencies, connectivity and security requirements.
- Participate in architecture reviews and technical discussions with senior stakeholders.




- Identify technical risks, dependencies and blockers and drive them toward resolution.

The strongest candidates will typically have progressed through Web Infrastructure, Middleware, Server Infrastructure, Application Infrastructure or Platform Engineering and moved into technical architecture/design responsibilities.
