Role & responsibilities

- Primary Patient Care: Assess and treat routine illnesses, administer medications, and manage minor emergencies.
- Maternal & Child Health: Monitor pregnant women, assist in deliveries, and manage childhood immunization schedules.
- Chronic Disease Management: Screen community members for diabetes or hypertension and track treatment compliance.
- Community Outreach: Conduct health awareness campaigns and educate families on nutrition and family planning.
- Data & Inventory Management: Maintain accurate health records and monitor stock levels of essential medicines.
- Teleconsultation Support: Coordinate with specialist doctors via telemedicine platforms for complex cases.

Preferred candidate profile

- Education:



Diploma in General Nursing and Midwifery (GNM) or B.Sc. Nursing.
- Registration: Valid, active registration with the State Nursing Council.

- Core Skills: Proficiency in basic nursing procedures, first aid, and checking vital signs.
- Soft Skills: Solid, empathetic communication and comfort interacting with local communities.
- Languages: Fluency in the local regional language and basic English for documentation.
- Technical Savvy: Comfort using basic computer systems or mobile apps for reporting.
