Job Description / Key Responsibilities:

1. Complete knowledge and hands-on experience in import purchasing and global supply chain management (mandatory).
2. End-to-end responsibility for PRPO processing, delivery management, and supplier management.
3. Ownership of OTD (On-Time Delivery), supplier collaboration, and issue resolution.
4. Ability to analyse demand vs. supply and take proactive decisions.
5. Procurement/ sourcing expertise from GIS Switchgear or Automobile or related sector.
6. Solid negotiation skill on deliveries, communication, and problem-solving skills.
7. Working knowledge of SAP / S4 HANA / SRM mandatory.
8. Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
9. Supplier account reconciliation and follow-up.
10.



Familiarity with import procurement processes, logistics, customs activities, regulations, and compliance standards.
11. Exposure to Global Supply Chain, BIS requirements, and Global Business Trade Agreements.
12. Good understanding of the P2P (Procure-to-Pay) cycle.Role & responsibilities
