Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Senior Accounts & Administration Executive to manage end-to-end accounting operations.

Key Responsibilities

Accounts & Finance

- Manage end-to-end accounting operations, including invoice generation, vendor payments, receivables tracking, and payroll processing
- Maintain accurate books of accounts and ensure timely month-end and year-end closures
- Ensure compliance with GST, TDS, PF, ESI, and other statutory requirements
- Prepare and review financial statements, MIS reports, and reconciliation statements
- Coordinate with Chartered Accountants for audits, tax filings, and statutory assessments
- Monitor cash flow, expenses, and budget adherence
- Handle banking activities, including payments, reconciliations, and documentation

Compliance & Documentation

- Ensure timely filing of GST returns, TDS returns, and other statutory filings
- Maintain proper financial records, vouchers, and supporting documentation




- Stay updated with changes in accounting standards and tax regulations

Qualifications & Skills

- Bachelors degree in Commerce, Accounting, or Finance (additional certifications are a plus)
- Proven experience in accounts, finance, and administration roles
- Strong working knowledge of GST, TDS, PF, payroll, and statutory compliance
- Hands-on experience with accounting software and MS Excel
- Ability to liaise effectively with auditors, tax consultants, and regulatory authorities
- Solid organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills
- High attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple priorities

Experience

- 5+ years of relevant experience in accounting and administrative functions
- Prior experience handling audits and statutory compliance independently is preferred
