- FileNet metadata configuration & deployment using FDM
- Develop custom code modules with Java FileNet API and CMIS Webservices
- ICN customization and plugin development (EDS, Action Plugin, etc.)
- Work with IBM Content Collector (ICC) for integration and archiving
- Manage source code repositories (GitHub or similar)
- Build and consume RESTful services using Java, Spring Boot, and Spring Batch
- Collaborate with globally dispersed teams to gather requirements and deliver solutions
- Ensure compliance with industry standards, governance, and data security protocols
- Provide postimplementation support, training, and documentation
- Drive performance testing, defect analysis,



and system reliability improvements
- Work independently with minimal supervision, managing multiple tasks simultaneously
- Prepare technical documentation including architecture diagrams and user guides
- Support presales activities with technical expertise when required

Mandatory Skills

- IBM FileNet (primary skill configuration, customization, deployment)
- Java with Spring Boot (customization, RESTful services, Spring Batch)
- IBM Content Navigator (ICN) customization & plugin development (EDS, Action Plugin, etc.)
- FileNet Metadata Configuration & Deployment (FDM)
- Java FileNet API & CMIS Webservices
- Source Code Repository (GitHub or similar)
- Solid debugging and troubleshooting skills for enterprise content management systems
- Ability to work independently and deliver solutions with minimal supervision
