About the Role

We are looking for a highly skilled Functional Engineer Reporting - Power BI and Supply Chain Management to join our Advanced Analytics team. The role focuses on developing, maintaining, and enhancing analytical reporting solutions that enable data-driven decision-making across Supply Chain functions.

You will collaborate with business stakeholders, product owners, architects, and data engineering teams to build scalable reporting solutions using Power BI, SAP, Azure, and modern analytics platforms.

Key Responsibilities

Requirement Gathering & Stakeholder Management

- Partner with Supply Chain business teams to understand reporting and analytics requirements.
- Translate business needs into scalable reporting and dashboard solutions.
- Collaborate with product owners, architects, and IT teams on analytics solution design.

Reporting & Dashboard Development

- Design, develop, and maintain interactive dashboards and reports using Power BI.
- Build reusable and scalable data models.
- Create insightful visualizations to support business decision-making.
- Implement best practices for report performance optimization.

Data Integration & Modeling

- Integrate data from SAP HANA, SAP BW, Azure SQL, Databricks, Excel, SharePoint, Delta Lake, and other enterprise systems.
- Perform data transformation, cleansing, enrichment, and modeling.
- Develop and maintain robust data pipelines and reporting datasets.

Support & Continuous Improvement





- Enhance existing reporting solutions through automation and process improvements.
- Ensure report accuracy, performance, and reliability.
- Maintain technical documentation and data governance standards.
- Train and support end users on dashboard functionality and reporting capabilities.

Required Skills

- Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Power BI.
- Expertise in data visualization, reporting, and dashboard development.
- Strong SQL and data querying skills.
- Experience in data modeling and data transformation.
- Understanding of analytics concepts and business intelligence practices.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Ability to work with multiple stakeholders in a global environment.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.

Preferred Skills

- Experience with SAP (SD/MM modules).
- Exposure to Tableau or other BI tools.
- Understanding of Supply Chain analytics and reporting.

- Azure ecosystem knowledge.
- Exposure to Databricks, Python, R, and Data Engineering concepts.
- Experience working with cloud-based data platforms.
