The Manager, Information Technology (IT) will oversee the planning, implementation, and maintenance of all IT systems and infrastructure for the organization. This role will involve managing a team of IT professionals, ensuring the security and efficiency of the companys systems, and providing leadership to support the organization's technological goals and strategies. The ideal candidate will possess robust technical knowledge, leadership skills, and the ability to collaborate with various departments.

- Key Responsibilities:
1. Team Management: Lead and manage a team of IT professionals, providing guidance, support, and professional development opportunities.
2. System Management: Oversee the installation, configuration, and maintenance of IT infrastructure, ensuring that systems are functioning efficiently.
3. Security Management: Ensure the security of IT systems, networks, and data through proactive monitoring and regular system updates. Lead the response to security breaches, if they occur.
4. Project Management: Manage IT-related projects from conception to completion, including budgeting, scheduling, and ensuring that projects meet deadlines and performance standards.
5. Technical Support: Serve as a point of escalation for complex IT issues, troubleshooting hardware, software, and network problems.
6. Collaboration with Other Departments: Work closely with other departments to understand their IT needs and recommend technology solutions that improve efficiency and productivity.
7. Vendor Management:



Liaise with third-party vendors to ensure the procurement and installation of necessary hardware and software solutions.
8. Innovation and Strategy: Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies. Evaluate and recommend new technology solutions that support the companys objectives.
9. Compliance and Documentation: Ensure that all IT operations comply with industry standards and legal requirements. Maintain accurate records of IT assets, configurations, and procedures.

- Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum of 8 to 12 years of experience in IT.

- Technical Skills:
- Proficiency with networking, databases, cloud services, and enterprise software solutions.
- Strong knowledge of system administration, security practices, and troubleshooting techniques.
- Familiarity with project management tools and methodologies.
- Leadership: Proven ability to lead, manage, and mentor an IT team.
- Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
- Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills with a proactive approach to resolving issues.
- Certifications: Relevant IT certifications such as ITIL, CCNA, MCSA, CompTIA Network+ are preferred.
