Key Responsibilities

* Handle calls, WhatsApp, and emails to counsel students and convert leads into admissions.

* Understand students education, career goals, and budget to suggest suitable courses.

* Achieve monthly admission and revenue targets.

* Update and manage student details, follow-ups, and communication in CRM tools like NPF and LSQ.

* Follow up with leads regularly to improve conversions.

* Coordinate with marketing, academic, and operations teams for smooth onboarding.

* Stay updated on education trends and competitor offerings.

Key Requirements

* Bachelors degree; Masters preferred.

* 1–3 years of experience in academic counselling, inside sales, EdTech, or education.

* Good communication and interpersonal skills.

* Strong convincing, objection-handling, and closing skills.

* Target-oriented, self-motivated, and comfortable in a fast-paced workplace.

* Basic knowledge of CRM tools and MS Office.

Preferred Skills

* Good command of Hindi and English; regional languages are a plus.

* Knowledge of online higher education.

* Passion for education and student success.
