Key Responsibilities

Product Discovery & Requirement Analysis

- Collaborate with business stakeholders, customers, and leadership teams to understand product vision and business objectives.
- Gather, analyze, and document functional and non-functional requirements.
- Understand customer pain points and translate them into scalable product features.
- Conduct gap analysis and recommend product enhancements.
- Define business workflows, use cases, and process improvements.

Product Ownership

- Own and manage the product backlog.
- Define and prioritize Epics, Features, and User Stories.
- Create detailed acceptance criteria and ensure development teams clearly understand requirements.
- Work closely with engineering teams throughout the product development lifecycle.
- Participate in sprint planning, backlog grooming, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
- Ensure product deliverables align with business goals and customer expectations.

AdTech Domain Expertise

- Understand and document requirements related to:
- Retail Media Platforms
- Commerce Media Networks
- Programmatic Advertising
- Real-Time Bidding (RTB)
- Supply Side Platforms (SSP)
- Demand Side Platforms (DSP)
- Ad Exchanges
- OpenRTB Integrations
- Header Bidding Solutions
- Prebid Server and Prebid Adapters
- Audience Targeting
- Campaign Management




- Ad Serving and Monetization
- Reporting and Analytics

Technical & Integration Responsibilities

- Work with architects and engineering teams to define technical requirements.
- Support integrations with DSPs, SSPs, Ad Exchanges, and third-party advertising platforms.
- Understand API specifications and integration workflows.
- Participate in solution design discussions and technical reviews.
- Review API documentation and data flow diagrams.
- Assist QA teams in defining test scenarios and validating business requirements.

Agile Delivery

- Act as the bridge between business and engineering teams.
- Facilitate requirement workshops and stakeholder discussions.
- Manage and maintain requirements in Jira.
- Track feature progress and ensure timely delivery.

Stakeholder Management

- Communicate effectively with product managers, engineers, architects, and business stakeholders.
- Present product updates and roadmap discussions.
- Resolve requirement ambiguities and conflicting priorities.
- Drive consensus across cross-functional teams.

- Solid Agile/Scrum experience
- Expert knowledge of Jira and Confluence
- Experience with backlog management and sprint planning
- Experience working with distributed Agile teams

Technical Knowledge

- API integrations
- REST APIs

- Data mapping and workflow analysis
- Understanding of cloud-based applications
- Ability to interact effectively with architects and developers
