Key Responsibilities

- Understand customer requirements, technical specifications, and project scope for defence projects.
- Prepare project plans, schedules, progress reports, and engineering documentation.
- Coordinate project activities across design, procurement, manufacturing, assembly, testing, and commissioning teams.
- Monitor project progress and ensure timely completion of project milestones.
- Resolve technical and operational issues during assembly, integration, testing, and commissioning.
- Support Factory Acceptance Tests (FAT), Site Acceptance Tests (SAT), installation, and commissioning activities.
- Collaborate with customers, vendors, and internal stakeholders for smooth project execution.
- Ensure compliance with quality, safety, and defence industry requirements.
- Maintain project documentation, reports, drawings, and technical records.
- Participate in site visits, customer meetings, and project review meetings as required.

Required Skills

- Knowledge of mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, electrical, or mechatronics systems.




- Understanding of project execution and engineering documentation.
- Ability to read and understand engineering drawings and technical specifications.
- Positive problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
- Strong communication and coordination abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

Preferred Skills

- Experience in defence, aerospace, heavy engineering, automation, or special purpose machine projects.
- Exposure to FAT, SAT, commissioning, and site execution activities.
- Familiarity with project planning and scheduling tools.
