Role: Telemarketing Executive (TME)- Voice Process
Location: Swargate, Pune
Candidate Requirements:
- Graduate / Post-Graduate candidates can apply.
- Freshers with good communication skills are eligible.
- Undergraduates with 1 year relevant experience can apply.
- Good English and regional language communication skills.
- Robust convincing and negotiation abilities.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Sales or outbound calling experience will be an advantage.
- Self-motivated and target-oriented approach.
Salary Structure:
Freshers:
- 3rd Month: 18,631 CTC | Approx. 14,500 In-Hand
- 4th Month: 23,290 CTC | Approx. 18,800 In-Hand
- 5th Month: Retention Bonus of approx. 13,000, subject to company terms and conditions.
Experienced:
- 23,290 CTC | Approx. 18,800 In-Hand
- Previous employment documents will be subject to verification.
