Develop, modify, and troubleshoot PLC, HMI, SCADA, and industrial control systems.

- Perform preventive, predictive, and breakdown maintenance of automated production equipment.

- Support current automation projects, machine installation, commissioning, and validation.

- Integrate automation systems with robots, vision systems, sensors, drives, and industrial communication networks.

- Analyze machine failures using Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and implement corrective and preventive actions.

- Improve Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE) through automation enhancements and process optimization.

- Ensure compliance with IATF 16949, customer-specific requirements, and manufacturing quality standards.

- Prepare and maintain electrical drawings, PLC backup programs,



machine documentation, and maintenance records.

- Coordinate with Production, Quality, Maintenance, Tool Room, and Process Engineering teams to resolve technical issues.

- Support TPM, Kaizen, Lean Manufacturing, 5S, and Continuous Improvement initiatives.

- Ensure adherence to electrical safety standards, Lockout/Tagout (LOTO), and EHS requirements.

- Assist in FAT, SAT, machine trials, and production ramp-up activities.

- Train maintenance technicians and operators on automated equipment operation and troubleshooting.
