Roles and Responsibility

- Meeting and exceeding business goals and targets in various products, including loans and insurance.
- Managing, controlling, and owning all channels of business.
- Recruiting, retaining, managing, and building a productive team of off-roll employees.
- Maintaining delinquency on the portfolio in line with the product segment.
- Handling customer escalations and complaints professionally.
- Monitoring and measuring key conversion, productivity, and data penetration metrics.

Job Requirements

- Minimum 3 years of experience in business development or management.
- Strong knowledge of lead fulfillment, field activity, and existing database management.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively with credit, operations, and risk teams.
- Solid analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Experience in managing and building high-performing teams.
- Educational qualifications: Any Graduate/Postgraduate.
