Role & Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end IT Asset lifecycle including procurement, deployment, tracking, maintenance, and disposal.

- Perform daily, weekly, and monthly hardware/software inventory checks and ensure accurate asset records in ServiceNow/CMDB.

- Handle asset allocation, recovery, and audit-related documentation with strict compliance to internal policies.

- Troubleshoot and resolve end-user hardware and software issues, including OS configuration, installations, and device setup.

- Coordinate with vendors for warranty claims, maintenance activities, replacements, and service follow-ups.

- Prepare and analyze asset reports using MS Excel, Power BI, and ServiceNow dashboards.

- Support recent joiner onboarding including laptop setup, OS installation, VPN configuration, and basic software deployment.

- Manage material inward/outward, STN creation, transfer orders, and stock distribution with location-based asset admins.

- Handle printer/scanner issues, toner tracking, and consumable stock management.





- Ensure timely closure of incident, asset, and request tickets within SLA, including resolving escalations.

Preferred Candidate Profile

- 25 years of hands-on experience in IT Asset Management (hardware + software).

- Strong knowledge of ServiceNow Asset Module, CMDB, and ITAM processes.

- Experience in hardware troubleshooting, inventory control, and asset reporting.

- Ability to manage procurement-to-disposal lifecycle with accuracy and compliance.

- Familiarity with Windows and macOS operating systems, Active Directory, and VPN configuration.

- Strong analytical, coordination, and communication skills with ability to handle escalations.

- Comfortable working in fast-paced environments with multi-team collaboration (HR, Procurement, Vendors).

- Should possess a degree in Engineering/Computer Science (B.E./B.Tech preferred).
