Roles and Responsibility

- Manage and maintain large-scale Salesforce implementations, ensuring seamless integration and minimal downtime.
- Provide technical leadership and guidance on best practices for Salesforce administration, customization, and configuration.
- Develop and implement automation scripts using Apex, LWC, or other relevant technologies to improve efficiency and productivity.
- Collaborate with development teams to design and implement custom applications and integrations on the Lightning Web Components (LWC) platform.
- Troubleshoot complex issues related to data migration, performance optimization, and security compliance.
- Ensure adherence to industry standards and best practices for cloud security, governance, and risk management.

Job Requirements





- Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture, including Force com objects, fields types, relationships between them, and data modeling concepts.
- Experience with Agile methodologies and version control systems like Git.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, JavaScript, or Apex.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze complex issues and develop creative solutions.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, with experience working with cross-functional teams.
- Ability to work in a rapid-paced environment with multiple priorities and deadlines.
