Role & responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end contract & commercial management for real estate/civil projects.
- Handle tendering, contract drafting, negotiation, work orders and subcontract agreements.
- Manage BOQ, RA Bills, final bills, variations, rate analysis, claims and EOT.
- Review and resolve contractual/commercial issues with contractors and consultants.
- Ensure contract compliance, cost control and risk management.
- Coordinate with Project, QS, Procurement, Finance and Legal teams.
- Manage contractor/subcontractor negotiations and commercial settlements.
- Lead the Contracts/Commercial team and provide MIS reports to management.
