Job Description Relationship Manager (Home Loan & LAP)

Position: Relationship Manager (RM)
Department: Sales / Retail Assets
Products: Home Loan & LAP (Loan Against Property)

Experience: 1+ years in Home Loan & LAP Sales

Key Responsibilities

- Generate new business through direct/open-market sourcing of Home Loan and LAP customers.
- Identify potential customers and generate leads through DSA, connectors, references and other channels.
- Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to login and disbursement.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, DSAs and channel partners.
- Understand customer financial requirements and recommend suitable Home Loan/LAP solutions.
- Collect and verify required customer documents and coordinate with credit and operations teams.
- Follow up on cases to ensure timely login, sanction and disbursement.




- Achieve assigned monthly sales and disbursement targets.
- Maintain regular follow-up with existing customers and generate referral business.
- Ensure adherence to company policies, KYC and compliance requirements.

Candidate Requirements

- Graduate in any discipline.
- Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in Home Loan and/or LAP sales.
- Candidates with experience in mortgage/retail asset sales will be preferred.
- Robust knowledge of Home Loan and LAP products and the local market.
- Experience in direct sourcing and DSA/connector channel management.
- Good communication, negotiation and customer-handling skills.
- Strong sales orientation and target-driven approach.
- Candidates should be comfortable with field sales and customer meetings.
