Role & responsibilities

- Own and execute AtomXs overall digital marketing strategy
• Manage SEO & SEM rankings, keyword strategy, Google Ads and website traffic growth
• Manage Social Media Marketing (SMO) across LinkedIn, Instagram and other relevant platforms
• Plan and execute performance marketing / lead-generation campaigns across Google and Meta
• Build a strong B2B content strategy targeting event organisers, promoters, venues, exhibitions and enterprise clients
• Create and manage the monthly content calendar
• Develop campaigns around AtomX products, events, case studies and technology launches
• Coordinate and supervise graphic design, video creatives, reels and marketing collateral
• Manage and continuously improve the AtomX website, landing pages and conversion funnels
• Track Google Analytics, Search Console, ad performance, CPL, conversions and campaign ROI
• Build email/WhatsApp marketing and remarketing campaigns
• Work closely with the Business Development team to generate qualified inbound leads
• Manage external agencies, freelancers or designers whenever required




• Monitor competitors and identify recent digital growth opportunities
• Build AtomX's digital presence not only in India but across our international target markets

Preferred candidate profile

57 years of hands-on digital marketing experience
• Strong knowledge of SEO, SEM, Google Ads, Meta Ads and Social Media Marketing
• Strong understanding of content strategy and brand positioning
• Experience generating B2B leads digitally
• Ability to brief and manage designers/video editors and judge creative quality
• Strong understanding of websites, landing pages and conversion optimisation
• Comfortable working with analytics and marketing performance data
• Experience independently managing meaningful digital marketing budgets
• Agency experience or experience with a fast-growing B2B/SaaS/technology company is preferred
• Someone who can strategise, execute and take complete ownership
