Role & responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to leads provided by the company or marketing team.
- Explain features, coverage, terms, and pricing of insurance plans clearly.
- Understand customer needs and suggest the right policy.
- Handle customer doubts and overcome objections to close sales.
- Follow up with warm leads and prospective clients.
- Update call notes, lead statuses, and customer data accurately in the CRM or database.
- Meet or exceed assigned daily call volume and monthly sales quotas.
