Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced and proactive Account Incharge to lead and manage our daily accounting operations in Wagholi, Pune. The ideal candidate will be a multitasker with strong communication skills, in-depth hands-on knowledge of Tally ERP, expertise in indirect taxation (GST/TDS), and thorough familiarity with export documentation and banking formalities.

Key Responsibilities

- Department Management: Oversee and manage day-to-day operations of the Accounts Department ensuring accurate and timely transaction entries.
- Bookkeeping & Accounting: Handle daily data entry of sales, purchases, receipts, payments, and journal vouchers in Tally ERP9.
- Export & Banking Documentation: Manage export documentation, export-related banking formalities, and ensure compliance with FEMA guidelines.
- Statutory Compliance: Prepare monthly/annual workings and filings for GST and TDS accurately.
- Reconciliation:



Perform regular bank reconciliations, monitor cash flow/account balances, and manage intercompany and branch transactions.
- Audit & Finalization: Maintain financial records and support external auditors for smooth financial finalization and balance sheet preparation.

Desired Candidate Profile

- Education: B.Com (Undergraduate degree mandatory).
- Experience: 5 + years of relevant hands-on accounting experience.
- Technical Skills: High proficiency in Tally ERP9, Tally Prime, and MS Office (Excel/Word).
- Domain Knowledge: Robust understanding of core accounting principles, GST/TDS regulations, bank reconciliations, and export FEMA compliances.
- Location: Candidates residing in or near Wagholi, Pune (within a 10 km radius) are preferred.
- Soft Skills: Excellent time management, problem-solving, and verbal/written communication skills.
