Roles and Responsibilities :
- Manage financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting for the organization.
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulatory requirements.
- Oversee cash flow management, including preparation of monthly/quarterly/year-end close processes.
- Analyze financial data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement.
Job Requirements :
- 4-6 years of experience in finance control or a related field.
- Solid knowledge of SAP ERP system.
- Proven expertise in budgeting and forecasting techniques.
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.
