*Supervise daily restaurant floor operations

Required Candidate profile
* Minimum 1 to 3 years as Restaurant Captain or Senior Steward.
* Knowledge of food & beverage service standards.
* Ability to work under pressure during peak hours.
* Basic knowledge of POS systems.
