Roles and Responsibilities :

- Provide the support in functional areas of human resources including recruitment, employment, personnel records, labour/Industrial & employee relations, job evaluation, benefits administration, employee development, training, assessment, acquisition, development and redeployment, change management, leader effectiveness, organization design, CR and special projects
- Creating the dashboards for all HR MIS and assist the VP - HR to uniform the MIS all over the location.
- Brief synopsis of the all the HR activities and monthly tracking of all HR dash board. Incumbent is responsible for Data Sanitization and Data management .
- Incumbent is required to create a SOP of Data Mining, Data management and Data representation incumbent is responsible for formulating and implemented the employee engagement and communication strategy and framework for the organization.
- Collated employee pulse of the organization and provide structured feedback to the VP - HR on a periodic basis. Designed and implement various initiatives keeping in mind the values, ethics and culture of the organization.




- Develop mechanisms in understanding the people challenges impacting business performance and productivity and proactively develop action plans to mitigate risks associated
- Overseeing the compliance to the all HR process, labour laws , manage compensation & advantages plans, on-boarding, transfers, payroll, bonus & off-boarding and ensure all compliances are done and maintained as per ISO norms.
- Incumbent is responsible for taking active part in CSR activity , Incumbent should give positive support to CSR activity Serving as a strategic and tactical business partner to the Business, should assist in the development and implementation of human resources policies and procedures and their dissemination through employee booklets, communications, and meetings Collaborated with other HR departments to prioritize where process quality & improvement is needed.
- Lead process improvement initiatives, Job Evaluation Exercise through the disciplined use of measurements

Job Requirements :

- 10-20 years of experience in HR & Payroll Management in the Engineering & Construction industry.
- Strong knowledge of labour laws, statutory compliance requirements (PF, ESIC, TDS) and gratuity rules.
- Proficiency in SuccessFactors or similar payroll software is essential.
