Summary:
As a ServiceNow BPC, a typical day involves configuring and supporting packaged or SaaS applications to meet evolving business requirements. Professional Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in ServiceNow Strategic Portfolio Management (SPM).
- Solid understanding of application configuration and customization within SaaS environments.
- Experience working with APIs and integrating third-party tools to extend application capabilities.
- Familiarity with low-code development platforms to streamline solution delivery.
- Ability to analyze system performance metrics and implement improvements.
- Skilled in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues to ensure system reliability.
- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in ServiceNow Strategic Portfolio Management (SPM).
- This position is based at our Pune office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
