- Conduct mass hiring campaigns through community mobilization efforts to attract top talent from diverse backgrounds.
- Manage bulk hiring processes for volume requirements, streamlining the selection process to meet tight deadlines.
- Provide field HR support to clients, handling employee relations issues and resolving conflicts in a professional manner.

Job Requirements :

- 1-5 years of experience in field recruitment or related roles (campus hiring, community mobilization).
- Robust understanding of NGOSS (Non-IT Recruitment Services) principles and practices.
- Excellent communication skills with ability to engage effectively with students, faculty members, and corporate partners.
- Proven track record in managing multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining high levels of accuracy and attention to detail.
