Job Description
1. Provide on-site installation ,commissioning and trial of machine
2. Perform hands on site troubleshooting ,service and repairs
3. Timely and professionally handle field service calls and issues arising from the field visits with field application
4. Communicate with the customer to ensure satisfaction and implement and necessary corrective action
5. Misc. other duties commensurate with the capabilities of a field service engineer
