Role & responsibilities
Sourcing & Talent Acquisition: Proactively identify candidates using job portals, social media (LinkedIn), and employee referrals.Screening & Selection: Review resumes, conduct initial phone/video interviews, and assess candidate qualifications.
Hiring Management: Coordinate interviews with hiring managers, manage candidate feedback, and facilitate the hiring process.
Preferred candidate profile
Good knowledge of Recruitment and Selection, Ready to learn .
Good command over MS office.
Communication: Solid interpersonal and communication skills
