Role: Business Development Associate - Field Sales

Key Responsibilities:

- Build relationships with hospitals, doctors, clinics, and diagnostic centres.
- Onboard new healthcare partners and generate patient loan referrals.
- Visit hospitals regularly & Generate The Leads
- Interact with patients and help them understand loan/crowdfunding options.
- Generate leads and support the application/documentation process.
- Track leads, conversions, and daily performance.

Requirements:

- Graduate
- 1+ years of experience in field sales, business development, healthcare, fintech, insurance, or financial services.
- Robust communication and relationship-building skills.
- English mandatory.
- Comfortable with regular local travel.
- Target-oriented and self-motivated.
