Role & responsibilities

- Conduct lectures and practical sessions for high school students.
- Teach assigned technical / vocational subjects as per the prescribed curriculum.
- Explain technical concepts through practical examples and demonstrations.
- Conduct hands-on training and skill development activities.
- Prepare lesson plans, presentations, practical exercises, and teaching materials.
- Demonstrate the use of tools, equipment, machines, and other technical resources, wherever applicable.
- Conduct practical tests, assessments, and evaluate students' technical skills.
- Guide students in project work, assignments, and technical activities.
- Maintain student attendance, assessment records, and other academic documentation.
- Conduct doubt-solving and additional training sessions for students requiring support.




- Promote awareness of technical careers, vocational opportunities, and industry practices.
- Ensure proper use and safety of tools, equipment, and laboratory/workshop facilities.
- Coordinate with school authorities and participate in training programs, workshops, and educational activities.
