Job Description:

Key Accountabilities

- Sales Order Processing in SAP - process sales order smoothly by effective co-ordination, plan and forecast
- After Sales Service - maintain and enhance customer satisfaction with prompt service
- Co-ordination with production team for availability of the material
- Handling export order
- Follow up with customers for PO and payment & CHA and forwarder for pick up and booking shipment
- Complete documentation process (Bank documents, COO, Insurance etc.)
- Preparing MIS
- Handle customer complaints
- Check the outstanding payment & inform customer accordingly
- Communicate and coordinate with internal departments
- Follow up with Area Managers and agents for ready orders

Key Responsibilities

- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Knowledge of Sales Order Processing in SAP (S&D; Module).
- Excel Savvy
- Pro-activeness

Education & Experience

- Graduate in any discipline
- 5-7 Years of experience in any industry, preferably MNC
- Work Experience in SAP
