Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented US IT Recruiter to join our talent acquisition team. This is an entry-level chance for individuals interested in building a career in US staffing and recruitment. The role involves sourcing, screening, and coordinating candidates for IT roles across US clients.

Key Responsibilities

- Source candidates through job portals (Dice, Monster, Indeed), LinkedIn, and internal databases

- Screen resumes and evaluate candidates based on job requirements

- Conduct initial HR screening calls to assess communication, technical skills, and work eligibility

- Coordinate interviews between candidates and clients





- Maintain and update candidate records in ATS (Applicant Tracking System)

- Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified IT candidates

- Work on multiple requirements simultaneously with speed and accuracy

- Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree (any field)

- 0 2 years of experience in recruitment or freshers with strong interest in US staffing

- Good understanding of IT roles (Java, .NET, QA, DevOps, etc.) is a plus

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to work in night shifts (US time zones)

- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and recruitment tools

- Quick learner with a proactive attitude
