Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Business Analyst with strong BFSI domain expertise to work closely with business stakeholders, technology teams, and project teams to understand business requirements and translate them into effective technology solutions. The ideal candidate should have strong analytical, communication, documentation, and stakeholder management skills, along with a good understanding of BFSI processes.

Key Responsibilities

- Engage with business stakeholders to understand business needs, processes, challenges, and requirements.
- Gather, analyze, validate, and document functional and business requirements.
- Prepare BRDs, FRDs, user stories, use cases, process flows, and functional specifications.
- Work closely with development and QA teams to ensure requirements are clearly understood and implemented.
- Conduct requirement workshops, stakeholder meetings, and walkthroughs.
- Analyze existing business processes and identify opportunities for process improvement and automation.
- Create AS-IS and TO-BE process flows and identify gaps between current and desired processes.
- Support UAT planning, test case review, defect analysis, and business validation.
- Coordinate with multiple stakeholders across business, technology, operations, risk, compliance, and product teams.
- Manage requirement traceability and ensure requirements are delivered within agreed timelines.




- Support change management and impact analysis for new requirements or regulatory changes.
- Provide functional clarification throughout the project lifecycle.
- Participate in Agile ceremonies such as Sprint Planning, Backlog Refinement, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives, where applicable.
- Work with Product Owners and Scrum Masters to prioritize and refine the product backlog.

- Financial Transactions and Reconciliation

Required Skills
- 5 9 years of experience as a Business Analyst / Functional Analyst.
- Strong experience working in the BFSI domain.
- Excellent requirement gathering and analysis skills.
- Strong knowledge of SDLC and Agile methodologies.
- Hands-on experience creating BRD, FRD, User Stories, Use Cases, and Process Flow diagrams.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Experience working with cross-functional teams.
- Good understanding of UAT and functional testing processes.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to translate complex business requirements into explicit functional specifications.
