The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and selecting qualified candidates for various non-technical roles across multiple industries. The recruiter should have a deep understanding of local job markets, hiring trends, and industry-specific talent acquisition strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

- Understand job requirements and develop job descriptions in collaboration with hiring managers.

- Conduct initial screening interviews to evaluate candidates' qualifications, experience, and cultural fit.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
