Description
Key Responsibilities
1. Third Party Due Diligence Execution
- Conduct TPDD for all counterparties in line with internal policy and regulatory standards
- Collect and verify KYC/AML documentation and assess depth of due diligence required
- Investigate counterparties for adverse information, reputational risks, and compliance concerns
- Perform sanction and PEP screening and recommend approval with associated risk insights
- Advise business teams on mitigation plans for flagged or high-risk third parties
1. Documentation and Reporting
- Maintain accurate records of TPDD reports, approvals, and exception cases
- Prepare MIS dashboards and ensure adherence to defined SLAs
- Oversee third-party registration and documentation workflows
1. Stakeholder Engagement
- Collaborate with business representatives, department heads, and functional leads
- Coordinate with master data management teams for document collection and validation
1. Team Coordination and Oversight
- Support team in executing due diligence across counterparties and third parties
- Ensure database accuracy and regular updates in coordination with stakeholders
- Lead TPDD team engagement, development, and performance alignment
1. Ad-Hoc Support
- Execute additional assignments as directed by the Security Function
- Ensure alignment with conflict of interest, anti-corruption, and AML regulations

Qualifications
Knowledge
1. Educational Qualifications & Certifications:
- Any Professional Degree.
- Preferred Degrees - B.E./B.S.C./B. Com.
- Academic qualification related to AML/KYC
1. Relevant (Functional/Level) & Total Years of Experience:
- Candidate should have prior work experience in the field of Third party due diligence.
- Relevant Experience: Minimum 3-5 Years in Third party due diligence with a total of 5-9 years
Skills
1. Functional Skills:
- Understanding of economic sanctions (OFAC, HM Treasury UK, UN Sanctions etc.), Anti-Money Laundering laws
- Industry background for Oil & Gas will be a definite plus point
- Experience in conducting Due Diligence reports
- Cross Functional understanding

- Strong background in the areas of third party due diligence and risk profile of vendors and customers
- MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint)
