Job Title : Business Analyst

Job Location : Pune (Work From Office)

Total Experience : 5 to 9 Years

Qualification : BCA/MCA/B.Sc(IT), B.Tech, MBA

Roles and Responsibilities :

- Ability to interface with internal and external stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with security policies through profile, roles and permission set - Liaise with Customer, development, operation and senior leadership.
- Analyze and create a business and function requirements utilizing an Agile methodology.
- Recommend changes in product, process and service offering, presents high level perks of recommendation and explains the rationale for the selection of alternative solutions.
- Follow quality assurance, data governance and standard procedures
- Follow established release management guidelines
- Guide and oversee acceptance and functional testing; coordinate UAT testing with QA and Business
- Demonstrate product and service offerings for customers and end-users
- Respond professionally in all situations
- Ability to work on critical project timelines in a fast-paced environment
- Understanding of Agile Best practices Mandatory Skills: Background of Automotive Industry DMS / ERP WORK EXPERIENCE .

Job Requirements :





- Ownership & Accountability - Right attitude towards deliverable, its quality and timelines. Ability to find ways to resolve issues and overcome challenges, highlight challenges & delays at right time to PMs. Strong sense of ownership and accountability during project execution and specially during milestones
- Excellent Verbal and Written Communication Skills - the ability to communicate to a variety of audiences across business function and level and tailor messages appropriately
- Stakeholder Management - Ability to discuss requirements with stakeholders and keep them informed about progress & challenges.
- Requirements Gathering & Elicitation – Advanced Business analysis requirements gathering and design techniques; the ability to produce structured BRDs, finalize User Story, and write functional specification
- Problem solving and critical thinking - Consulting approach towards engagement and challenges. Ability to handle exceptional scenarios in best possible approach - strong academic record coupled to good problem-solving skills and analytical mind set very advantageous
