We have an urgent requirement for Asst Manager-HR profile in one of a leading automotive component manufacturing MNC Company-(5 Days).

Location:Pune

Position: Asst Manager

Role & responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end Talent Acquisition including sourcing, screening, interviews, offer management and onboarding.
- Drive Performance Management System (PMS) activities including goal setting, performance reviews, ratings and appraisal cycles.
- Prepare and analyze HR MIS, dashboards and people analytics for management decision-making.
- Track key HR metrics such as manpower, attrition, hiring TAT, absenteeism and performance trends.
- Coordinate with business/functional heads for manpower planning and recruitment requirements.
- Support annual appraisal, talent review and performance improvement processes.
- Develop HR reports and presentations using Advanced MS Excel / PowerPoint and HRMS data
- Valuable to have exposure of Darwinbox.
