*Job Description*

We are looking for an enthusiastic and experienced HR Recruiter to join our team. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills and experience in end-to-end recruitment.

*Key Responsibilities:*

* Manage end-to-end recruitment activities.

* Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, job portals, and other channels.

* Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews.

* Coordinate and schedule interviews with candidates and hiring managers.

* Maintain candidate databases and recruitment records.

* Follow up with selected candidates for documentation and joining.

* Support onboarding and other HR activities.





* Achieve recruitment targets within defined timelines.

*What We’re Looking For:*

- 1–3 years of HR/Recruitment experience
- Excellent communication & interpersonal skills
- Good knowledge of recruitment portals
- Robust candidate-handling & coordination skills
- Immediate joiners or candidates with a short notice period will be preferred.
