Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Facility Manager to manage the overall operations of a high-rise residential society.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage day-to-day site operations and facility services.
- Supervise technical, housekeeping and security manpower.
- Coordinate with residents, RWA/client and resolve complaints.
- Monitor DG, transformer, HT/LT panels, lifts, STP, WTP, fire-fighting systems and other MEP services.
- Ensure preventive maintenance, safety and statutory compliance.
- Manage vendors, AMC services and site requirements.
- Prepare daily/monthly operational reports and maintain documentation.
- Ensure proper manpower deployment, discipline and service quality.

Requirements

- Diploma/B.E./B.Tech in Electrical/Mechanical preferred.
- 2+ years of relevant facility management experience.
- High-rise residential society experience preferred.
- Positive communication, leadership and problem-solving skills.
- Strong knowledge of technical operations, manpower and client handling.
