Role & responsibilities
- Engage with customers for delivery, KYC, onboarding and activation of accounts/cards
- Explain advantages of forex cards and cross-sell products (travel insurance, e-SIM, forex cash, etc.)
- Build strong customer relationships and generate referrals for incentive-based products
