Responsibilities
- Provide L2/L3 application and production support
- Monitor applications, jobs and batch processes
- Troubleshoot and resolve production issues
- Coordinate with development, infrastructure and business teams
- Perform RCA for recurring incidents
- Manage incidents, service requests and problem tickets
- Ensure application availability and smooth business operations
