Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced Compliance Head to lead the end-to-end compliance function of a BSE-listed, RBI-regulated NBFC.

The role will ensure compliance with RBI regulations, NBFC guidelines, the Companies Act 2013, SEBI LODR, AML/PMLA requirements and corporate governance standards. The Compliance Head will advise the Managing Director and Board, serve as the primary interface with regulators, and build robust compliance systems,



SOPs and a strong compliance culture across the organization.

Qualification & Skills

- Company Secretary (CS), LLB or Chartered Accountant (CA).
- Additional certification in AML, compliance or corporate governance will be an advantage.
- 612 years of progressive compliance experience, preferably within an NBFC/BFSI.
- Strong hands-on experience with RBI regulatory filings.
- Experience with listed-entity compliance and preferably with SEBI LODR, ROC and stock-exchange filings.
