Must have Skills - Salesforce Classic and Lightning, Apex Class, Visualforce Page, Trigger, Process Builder, Flow, Workflow, workbench, Debugging & Troubleshooting experience

Roles and Responsibilities:

-Application support and maintenance.

-Analysis of defects and enhancements prioritized by business user.

-Resolving issues reported by business users regarding applications.

-Interact with business users to get the requirements.

-Show case the built functionality to end users.

-Amend the Visual force page and Apex Class as pe requirement.

-Deploy the changes using change set.

-Created Salesforce reports as per the business user requirement.

-Update the data as per the user requirement in bulk using workbench.

-Performing peer code review and training recent employees.

-Coding and Unit testing of developed codes.

-Should have direct customer interaction experience
