Shifts - UK ShiftsLocation - ChennaiAbout the RoleThe role involves supporting the planning and execution of transformation initiatives across multiple finance towers, ensuring effective project delivery and performance management.ResponsibilitiesProject Execution & Coordination Support planning and execution of transformation initiatives across multiple finance towers (O2C, P2P, R2R) and MDMManage project tracking, timelines, milestones, and status reportingCoordinate activities across cross-functional teams, GPOs, and stakeholdersAct as a secondary coordination point to ensure smooth project deliveryData Analysis & Performance Management Perform data analysis with PBI dashboards and excel report out to identify improvement opportunities and validate business casesTrack and report perks (through DYKs), including productivity gains, working capital improvements, and efficiency metricsDevelop dashboards and reports with the support of Data reporting office (DRO) for performance monitoring and decision-makingProcess Optimization & Documentation Document current (as-is) and future state (to-be) processes across F&A; towersIdentify inefficiencies, control gaps,



and non-value-added activitiesSupport standardization, harmonization, and adoption of best practicesDigital & Transformation Enablement Support implementation of transformation tools along with tech team (e.G., Coupa, BlackLine, Credica, automation solutions)Assist in testing, user training, and change management activitiesIdentify opportunities for automation, RPA, and AI-led improvementsQualificationsRelevant educational background in finance, business administration, or a related field.Required SkillsStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsProficiency in data analysis tools such as PBI and ExcelExcellent communication and coordination abilitiesExperience with transformation tools and automation solutionsFamiliarity with finance processes and best practicesEqual Opportunity StatementWe are an equal opportunity employer and are committed to creating a diverse and inclusive workplace.
