You won’t just sit behind a screen making drawings. You’ll learn how real interior projects are built — from initial walk-in to measurements to execution to final handover. If you want exposure to actual sites, real clients, and real responsibility, this role will accelerate your growth faster than most studios.What You’ll Do:Assist in client meetings and design discussionsPrepare layouts and drawings (Teowin / Powerpoint / Excel)Oversee site measurementsSupport BOQs and specificationsCoordinate with clients and vendorsVisit sites regularlyLearn execution and project management fundamentalsYou’ll work closely with Senior Designers and grow into independent project ownership over time.What We Are Looking For:Are early in your career (0–3 years experience or fresher)Want to learn both design and executionDon’t mind site workAre organized and detail-focused Take feedback seriously & learn from your mistakesPrefer learning fast over comfortIf you only want “creative work” and dislike coordination or sites, this won’t be a good fit.
